All of our Graduate Engineers are part of highly competent, dynamic, and diversified Engineering teams. They all get to jump straight into one of our projects, where they are given tasks depending on their background and competence.

Our graduate program is designed to give you real responsibility and exposure from the very start. Within your first six months, you will gain offshore experience and be assigned to a live project, allowing you to work both in the office, onsite, and offshore.
You will be part of the entire project cycle from planning through execution so you can see how your contribution makes a real impact. You will also receive close support from experienced mentors who will guide you, share their knowledge, and help you navigate your career path.
To further strengthen your development, the program includes four dedicated graduate sessions that combine social activities with opportunities to learn more about our various departments and how they work together.
