How to raise concern

Ocean Installer provides a secure andconfidential Report it system through Integrity Log. This independent platformallows employees and external stakeholders to report concerns safely andconfidentially, either by name or anonymously where permitted by local law.

  • Will my identity remain confidential?

    Yes. Ocean Installer treats all reports with the highest level of confidentiality.

    Information will only be shared with those who need it to assess and investigate the concern, or where disclosure is required by law.

  • What happens after I submit a report?

    Once a report is received:

    • It is reviewed by authorised personnel.
    • An assessment is conducted to determine appropriate next steps.
    • An investigation may be initiated if required.
    • Appropriate actions are taken based on the findings.
    • Where possible, updates will be provided through the Integrity Log platform.
  • What information should I include?

    To help us investigate, please provide as much information as possible, including:

    • What happened
    • When and where it occurred
    • Who was involved
    • Any witnesses
    • Any supporting documents or evidence
    • You do not need proof to raise a concern, but reports should be made honestly and in good faith.
  • What if I am not sure all the facts are correct?

    You do not need to have all the answers before reporting a concern.

    If you genuinely believe something may be wrong, we encourage you to Report it. Reports made in good faith will always be treated seriously.

  • Will I face retaliation for reporting a concern?

    No. Ocean Installer does not tolerate retaliation, discrimination, or adverse treatment against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

    Anyone found to be engaging in retaliatory behaviour may be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Can I use the Report it channel for personal employment issues?

    The Report it channel is intended for reporting serious concerns related to misconduct, compliance, ethics, safety, or legal violations.

    For routine employment matters such as pay queries, holiday requests, performance concerns, or workplace grievances, employees should normally follow local HR or management processes.

  • What if the concern involves my manager or a senior leader?

    You should still report the concern through the Report it channel. All reports are assessed independently and handled appropriately, regardless of the seniority or position of those involved.

  • Who manages the reporting system?

    Ocean Installer uses Integrity Log, a secure and independent reporting platform designed to protect confidentiality and support responsible investigation and case management.
