All of our Graduate Engineers are part of highly competent, dynamic, and diversified Engineering teams.
They all get to jump straight into one of our projects, where they are given tasks depending their background and competence. A Lead Engineer will always make sure they find their place by navigating them through their first two years as ocean installers.
By organizing different sessions in our own offices, and in external venues we try to give all our Graduates the best possible entrance at the start of their careers.
