Following the strategy adjustments of the company; strengthening the industrial identity of the three business units: offshore wind installation, offshore wind development and subsea installation, Arne Sigve Nylund will replace Nina El-Imad as Chairperson of the Board with effect from 15th of August 2022. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Nina El-Imad for her valuable contribution towards the Company in her role heading up the board. She will remain in the board as a non-executive director.
Arne Sigve Nylund has extensive experience from the industry. In the major part of his career he has been with Equinor holding various management positions in the energy value chain.
Prior to leaving Equinor 1 August 2022 he served as executive vice president in the corporate executive committee for eight years.
