 Odd Strømsnes

Chief Executive Officer 

Extensive experience within the offshore subsea business following a series of senior position including Managing Director in Technip Norge, VP Offshore Integrated Services in TechnipFMC as well as Managing Director in TIOS. Also experience from REC within the solar renewable energy segment.  Several Board positions including the board of the Norwegian Shipowners Organisation.  Holds a degree from Heriot-Watt University in Offshore and Mechanica Engineering.

Kevin Murphy

Deputy CEO / CCO

Murphy has been in the subsea construction industry since 2006 and has previously held various Commercial, Project Management and Business Acquisition roles. Murphy worked for Acergy and Subsea 7 prior to joining Ocean Installer shortly after the company start-up in early 2011. Murphy holds Bachelor and Master degrees from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Olav Hetland

Director Offshore Wind Farms 

Hetland has extensive experience within the energy industry, of which more than 17 years within renewable energy. He held the position of Senior Vice President with Wind and Solar Northwest Europe in Statkraft where he held senior management positions for more than a decade.  He was previously responsible for building up Statkraft’s Offshore wind activity from 2010 until the project where successfully sold in 2018, and has worked a number of years in Statoil (now Equinor) and has broad international experience.

Even Larsen

Director Offshore Wind

Even Larsen has a Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from NTNU, and has extensive executive and operational experience from the global offshore wind construction and service business.  Since 2013, he has had a central role in building up the offshore wind segment in Fred. Olsen Ocean and its subsidiaries, and took the position as CEO of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier and Later Fred. Olsen Ocean from 2016.  Even has had a number of board positions within shipping and offshore wind, and has participated in a a number of mergers and acquisitions related to the same business segment. 

 Ingrid Due-Gundersen

Chief Financial Officer

Ingrid Due-Gundersen has worked for the Leif Høeg & Co group  for her whole career. She joined  Höegh Fleet Services in 2002 as a summer intern and worked within the group in various positions ever since she was employed in the Business Intelligence department in HUAL (Höeg-Ugland-Autoliners) in 2004. In 2008 she took the position as Head of Treasury, being responsible for the Comany’s cash management. From 2012-2017, she served as Head of Finance before she in December 2017 took over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ingrid holds a Maitrise of Economie Internationale, Monnaie et Finance (Master of Science in Economics) from Université des Sciences Sociales à Toulouse (UT1) in France. 

Ole Sanne

VP Strategic Alliances

Sanne has been in the subsea construction industry since 1997. Prior to joining Ocean Installer, Sanne was Finance & Company Director in Subsea 7. Sanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Oregon, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Stavanger (UIS), Norway.

Håvard Strand

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to the position as COO of Ocean Installer, Strand served as Norway Engineering Manager in Subsea 7 and he has considerable experience in the areas of engineering and project management, project execution and offshore operations within the SURF segment, as well as in resource management at corporate level. Strand holds a Master’s degree in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Ole Stølås

Chief HR Officer

Prior to joining Ocean Installer Stølås came from the position as HR Manager in Arriva Shipping. Stølås is educated from the Norwegian Correctional Service and has served as an officer for several years. The last years in Ocean Installer Stølås held the position as HR Manager Offshore and HR Manager Norway.

Eirik Ørsland

Chief HSEQ Officer

Ørsland has 10 years of experience working within Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, holding core HSEQ roles in projects and pipe fabrication sites for Subsea 7 and as HSEQ Manager for Norway at Ocean Installer. He served as an Officer of the Norwegian Armed Forces and holds a Master of Science degree within Health and Environment from Telemark University College.
